Distance Selling Regulations

Legally, you have 14 calendar days to return your order if you purchase an online product.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without giving any reason. You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after cancellation. You will get a full refund, including shipping costs. You will only pay for the costs of return shipment from your (home) address to the online store. If you want to invoke your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories – and if possible – in original condition and packaging, to GoSun Europe. To invoke this right, you can contact us via We will refund the order amount within 14 days after you notified us of the return, and as soon as we received the parcel.

If you want to cancel your order, please let us know within 14 calendar days.

In short: cancelling is not an issue. Please let us know within 14 calendar days after ordering. However… we assume of course that you are happy with the purchase!

The product does not meet the expectations

If you receive the product and find that it does not meet your expectations, you can use your right of withdrawal.

Of course, some rules apply:

    • The product has not been used and should be returned in the most original condition possible, in the original packaging
    • The packaging must be in good condition, to prevent damage to the product during the return shipment
    • After we receive the return shipment, we will send you a confirmation. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days
    • The original purchase amount, including shipping costs, will be credited by us. Costs for return shipment of the product are borne by you

Damaged or wrong product

Upon receipt, please check if you received the right product, and if it is undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, you are to let us know as soon as possible after receipt, via Please include the following information:
